This Privacy Policy applies to this website and any other website(s), application(s), and software owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by DTS (“Applications”), and Your use of the services provided therein or in connection with such use or access (“Services”), which term specifically includes but is not limited to the DTS System, as that term is defined in Our Terms and Conditions Agreement which also govern this Privacy Policy and are expressly incorporated herein.
This purpose of this Privacy Policy is to describe how and when DTS collects, uses, and shares your information when you use and/or access Our Applications or utilize Our Services. Information Collection and Use
User-Provided Information: Through accessing Our Applications and using Our Services, you will provide certain personal information required for us to provide the Services. Such information includes, but is not limited to, your full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, dietary preferences, unprotected health information, limited payment information, and any other information required for providing the Services and facilitating your use of Our Applications. You understand that failing to provide any information requested may result in Us being unable to provide the Services and you being unable to use Our Applications. You further understand that the Applications, Services, and DTS System are NOT compliant with the US Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”) or any related law, rule, or regulation and that we are not healthcare providers or provide medical advice.
Third Parties: DTS may receive information about you from third parties, such as an Affiliate or Specialist.
Cookies: Like many websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to collect additional website usage data and to improve our Services, but we do not require cookies for many parts of our Services such as searching and looking at public user profiles. Commerce Services: All payments made for any DTS Service or product are handled by third-party payment services, who received and handle your payment information directly. DTS does not have access to or store the entirety of your Payment Information but rather only has access to your full name, email address, physical address, and any other data required by our third-party payment processer, which DTS shall keep as confidential.
Use. DTS will generally only use your data as necessary for providing Services and support related to the Services and Applications, improving the way we provide Services and the functionality of our Applications, communicating with you, marketing, and promotion purposes, and for investigative or legal purposes.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not disclose your private personal information except in the limited circumstances described here.

This Privacy Policy will apply to your information as transferred to the new entity or with any entity that becomes or is a subsidiary or affiliate of DTS.
Aggregate & De-Identified Data. Notwithstanding the provisions herein, We may use, reproduce, sell, publicize, or otherwise exploit Aggregate Data and De-Identified Data in any way, in Our sole discretion. “Aggregate Data” refers to summaries of User data, or of data that includes User data, that do not include personally identifiable information or the names or addresses of. “De-Identified Data” refers to User data with the following removed: personally identifiable information and the names and addresses of Users.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) California residents have certain rights and privileges. You can exercise any of the following rights by notifying us as described below:
We reserve the right to ask for information verifying your identity and residency prior to disclosing any information to you or acting on your request. Should we ask for verification, the information you provide to verify your identity and residency will be used only for that purpose, and all copies of this information in our possession will be destroyed when the process is complete. We strive to respond to your request within 45 days of receiving a verifiable consumer request however, we reserve the right to respond within 90 days when reasonably necessary.
Except as provided herein, we will not disclose or share your Personal Information with third parties for the purposes of third-party marketing to you without your prior consent.
Our Policy Towards Children
Our Services and Applications are not directed to persons under 18. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact Us. In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection act of 1998, We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If We become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, We will take steps to remove such information and terminate the child’s account.
